Professional Development Associates Partners with Infrastructure Managment Group (IMG)

Gary Dichtenberg, President of Professional Development Associates, has partnered with Infrastrucre Management Group to assist Victor Mercado, Director, bring performance management techniques and processes to Detroit Water and Sewerage Department (DWSD). "We are very excited to be choosen to work with IMG on this important project." PDA will help to provide the tools and techniques to assist in help the organization handle the human side of the change effort. The performance management effort at DWSD will include: creating performance targets for all the divisions; development tools to track and communicate the results; and a comprehensive training effort to embed the concept of performance management througout the department.
