Gary Dichtenberg Presents at Distict of Columbia Water and Sewer

Gary Dichtenberg presented an overview of the process and effects of developing and implementing a performance management process to 100 of DCWASA's utilities managers and supevisors. The performance management process is similar to the successful project ongoing for a similar utlity in Detroit.
