News January 08, 2004 PDA Successfully Trains Managers at GE Structured Capital Professional Development Associates has just completed the training of nearly 80 managers at GE Structured Capital in coaching and leadership skills. Gary Dichtenberg, President of PDA, who conducted the training, noted that the use of teleconferencing made the training very cost effective. "We had groups in Chicago and London who participated fully in the training. At first I was concerned that the groups tuning in would not get the full benefit of the experince, but they reported that they found it very beneficial."
