PDA Renews Contract for Performance Management with Detroit Department of Water and Sewerage

Gary Dichtenberg, President of Professional Development Associates, announced today that the Detroit Department of Wateer and Sewerage (DWSD) has extended its contract to provide consulting and support services for the implementation of performance management throughout the Department. Dichtenberg notes, "We are very pleased to continue our work here. Implementing scorecards, promoting recognition based on performance and driving accountability is a challenging but very rewarding opportunity." DWSD serving the city of Detroit and nearly 2/3rds of Michigan is the 3rd largest public utility of its kind. Professional Development Associates is working with Infrastructure Management Group (IMG) on this project.
