Developing Efective Communications
This program focuses on developing interpersonal and professional interfacing skills that increase cooperation and build better relationships and group functioning. Understanding the need for and developing the skills to get along with others more efficiently and improve teamwork is critical to achieving organizational goals and increasing work productivity. Specific behavior techniques to show respect, support new ideas, model flexibility and prove we are listening is a journey and not a destination. This program develops an array of professional skills and strategies to achieve interpersonal goals and objectives. In addition, peer-coaching skills are covered to encourage mastering and implementations of these interpersonal skills.
