Partnership Services - On Site / Customized Programs

Any of PDA's public management programs can be offered at your work site , anywhere in the world. Our instructors will bring their knowledge and expertise gained in public programs to your employees. Additionally, we can customize any workshop to address issues specific to your workplace. We can combine material from two or more workshops to develop a program for you. We can even bring an entire certificate program to you. . Finally, the broad experience of our staff allows us to develop new workshops for you even if we do not offer them publicly.

Additionally, on-site workshops can be less expensive than sending the same number of employees to our public workshops. If you wish to train ten or more people (or eight or more if overnight travel would be required), you will pay less for an on-site program than you would for public registrations.

INTERACTIVE AND PRACTICE-BASED

PDA designs all its training to involve high levels of student participation. We recognize that adult learners have valuable experiences to share, and we encourage student-to-student learning. We actively encourage students to ask questions and share comments. A wide variety of learning techniques, including lectures, case studies, role plays, games and simulations, discussion groups, video-taping, and questionnaires and exercises foster interaction and provide an opportunity for students to practice what they are learning.

ADDRESS YOUR CURRENT WORKPLACE ISSUES

Effective training must be responsive not only to participants' knowledge and experience level but also to addressing the issues that currently exist in the organization. In an on-site training program, the participants share many mutual issues. We design training programs to encourage discussion of these issues, allowing sufficient time to explore the issues and work towards their resolution. We encourage human resources representative and senior managers to visit the training program to answer organization-specific questions and address the issues raised.

REAL-WORLD, UP-TO-DATE INSTRUCTION

We select our faculty from business executives, attorneys, consultants and others who understand and can deal with the real-world issues and problems facing you and your organization. We identify and select for you the most knowledgeable and best instructor for the issues to be addressed in your workshop. Our training reflects in-depth research and experience on each topic. Our faculty consistently remains current on business, regulatory and legal issues.

PUBLICLY OFFERED WORKSHOP BROUGHT ON-SITE

PDA offers public workshops on more than 25 topics. We can bring any of these workshops to your organization's premises. We will want to learn about your organization so that we can better address your participants' questions and address key points of emphasis. These workshops will use the same content, materials, and practice exercises that are used in our public workshops. CUSTOMIZED ON-SITE PROGRAMS

Many clients prefer to have training programs customized to their unique needs and business situations. We will customize workshop content, materials, and practice exercises to the degree required to satisfy your specific requirements. Customization can also involve reducing the length of a public workshop to fit your time requirements or to offer workshops on non-consecutive days. We also can combine modules from different workshops and programs into one or more workshops. While customized on-site training will cost more than the straight, non-customized public program, your payoff from the training will be higher as well.

When you become a PDA Partner, we will provide comprehensive services to complement, or handle all of, your training development and delivery requirements. We recommend that you begin by asking us to undertake a thorough review and analysis of your organization's knowledge and skill gaps so we can design an appropriate training and employee development program. We can design and deliver an entire curriculum or conduct train-the-trainer programs to train your own staff.. If you are now establishing a new training organization or enlarging your present one, we can train your trainers on how to design and deliver your own curriculum.
